As a new business, Lynn Cosmetics currently has a no refund policy in place. However, we do offer exchanges for products of equal value to the purchased items, excluding makeup brushes and 30ML Foundation Bottles, as long as there are no damages. If you encounter any issues with your order or would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer support team, and they will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
